Delivery Information
Most items are sent USPS priority mail. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. As all of these items are hand-crafted and made-to-order, please allow 5 extra business days for order fullfillment. Tracking information will be sent to the email address you have on file with us. If an item will take longer, the product description should state the time to allow for delivery.
Please ensure you have added mail@winksprettylittlethings.com to your contact list so our messages are not filtered as spam.
If you have not received a tracking number from us within 5 business days of placing your order, please 1). check your spam folder, 2). login to your Wink's account to check the status, and 3). contact me directly.
If you send a check, I will need your check to clear prior to fulfillment. Checks take up to 7 business days to process.
